Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase, with a “satisfaction or money-back” guarantee. To start the return process, contact our customer care via email or chat. We will send you a PDF of the return label to print and affix to the package.

REFUND

RETURNING AN ITEM
Securely pack the item in the package and affix the printed PDF that our customer care sent you via email.
REFUND REQUEST STATUS
If tracking indicates that the package was delivered, but the customer claims it did not arrive, we will initiate a claim process with the delivery company.

Since February 2022, some States in the United States have regulated the “Sales Taxes” as a mandatory item in each electronic purchase. Following government instructions, we collect this amount and deliver it to the government, just as customers pay it.
