SHIPPING METHODS

We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Pompano Beach, Florida. Two shipping options are available at checkout:

UPS Ground — Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air — Estimated delivery in 2 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

UPS Ground: 3 to 5 business days UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by UPS and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

LOST PACKAGE POLICY

If your package appears lost, contact our customer service. We will open an investigation with UPS and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds are processed within two weeks of the returned package arriving at our facility.

REFUND REQUEST STATUS

If tracking shows the package was delivered but the customer claims it did not arrive, we will initiate a claim process with UPS.
