LOST PACKAGE POLICY

In case of a lost package, contact our customer service. We will trace the shipment, and if necessary, we’ll send a new package to the customer at no additional cost.
At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an email with the tracking link to monitor the shipment status.

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you enter an incorrect shipping address or the package cannot be delivered for any reason caused by the customer, wait for the product to return to our facility to receive a refund.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

The refund will be processed within two weeks of the package’s return to our facility.

REFUND REQUEST STATUS

If tracking indicates that the package was delivered, but the customer claims it did not arrive, we will initiate a claim process with the delivery company.
