How to take
Take 1 vial (35 ml) before physical activity. Contains 50 mg of caffeine per vial (maximum 2 vials). Do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources. Not suitable for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
